1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pak999 ("pak999", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the pak999 website at pak999.click, including its games, promotions, payment systems, and support services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using pak999 and close any active account. 2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account at pak999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pak999 operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any registered player at any time.
• You must be registering of your own free will and not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from pak999 or any related platform.
• You must not be diagnosed with or currently receiving treatment for a gambling-related disorder where continued gaming would be contrary to medical advice.
• All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address — must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

Each player may hold only one account at pak999. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by matching personal details, device identifiers, IP addresses, payment methods, or any combination thereof — will be treated as duplicate accounts. pak999 will close duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonuses held within them, and may withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

Account registration is completed by submitting the registration form at /register. pak999 may request additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — such as a copy of your Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or other government-issued ID — before processing withdrawals or in response to suspicious activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

3Deposits & Payment Methods

pak999 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is required and no additional conversion fee is applied. All deposit amounts, game stakes, winnings, and withdrawal figures shown in your pak999 account represent PKR values.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at pak999:

Deposits are credited to your pak999 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. pak999 does not store card details on its servers — all payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors. By making a deposit, you confirm that the payment method belongs to you and that the funds being deposited originate from a legitimate source.

4Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through the Withdrawal section of your pak999 account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though VIP accounts may have elevated processing priority.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure.
• pak999 charges no withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your mobile wallet or bank provider are outside pak999's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.
• Standard withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 15 to 30 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• pak999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request before processing. You will be notified of any required documentation by email or on-platform message.
• Any balance derived from active bonus funds that has not met applicable wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

5Bonuses & Promotions

pak999 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit match bonuses, free spins winnings, and promotional credits carry a wagering requirement before the bonus value or derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details at the time of claiming.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times using different accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses involved.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games and certain jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution table for each promotion is available in the promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses not claimed within the stated offer window, and wagering requirements not completed within the specified timeframe, will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Where a bonus requires a qualifying deposit, the deposit must meet the stated minimum amount in a single transaction — split deposits do not qualify unless otherwise stated.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash at face value. Only withdrawable net winnings derived from bonus play, after wagering requirements are met, can be withdrawn.

pak999 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. In the event of a promotion being cancelled after a player has already commenced wagering toward the requirement, pak999 will honour the withdrawal of any qualifying net winnings already generated at the time of cancellation.

6Gaming Rules

All games available at pak999 — including slot machines, live dealer tables, poker rooms, sports betting markets, fishing games, and Aviator — operate under the following general gaming rules:

• All game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live games, or by physical cards and wheels operated by real dealers for live game formats. pak999 has no ability to influence any game outcome.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and by table. These limits are displayed clearly within each game before you place a bet. By placing a bet, you confirm acceptance of the applicable stake limits.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including disconnection, server interruption, or display errors — pak999 will resolve the round using the recorded game state at the point of interruption. Where a definitive result cannot be determined, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned to your wallet.
• Any apparent software malfunction or error displayed by a game does not constitute a valid win. pak999 reserves the right to void bets placed during periods of demonstrable software error and to restore affected balances accordingly.
• Bet histories, hand histories, and spin records are logged and retained for all game activity at pak999. You may access your own history through the account portal. These records are the authoritative reference in the event of any dispute.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at pak999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using any automated betting software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with pak999 games or betting markets on your behalf without the express written consent of pak999.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors to generate winnings that would not have been possible under correct game operation.
• Colluding with other players in poker or live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage — including chip dumping, sharing hole cards, or coordinating betting decisions.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing any account-level restriction.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, including stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party card or wallet details.
• Making deposits from the proceeds of criminal activity. pak999 operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious transactions to applicable authorities.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with pak999's technical infrastructure, including its game servers, RNG systems, or payment processing pipelines.
• Providing false information during registration or verification, including falsified identity documents or age misrepresentation.

8Responsible Gaming

pak999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We take our duty of care toward players seriously and have implemented a comprehensive set of tools and policies to help players stay in control of their gambling activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered pak999 player through their account settings:

9Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

pak999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or unverifiable registration or KYC information.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Detection of duplicate account activity.
• Requests from regulatory, law enforcement, or legal authorities.
• Inactivity — accounts showing no login activity for a period exceeding 12 months may be flagged as dormant. Dormant account holders will be notified by email before any balance adjustment.

When an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pak999 may withhold any account balance pending investigation. In cases where no breach is confirmed, remaining balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting pak999 support. Account closure requests submitted voluntarily will be processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will still be processed to their conclusion.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak999's total liability to any player arising from or connected to these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, or indirect or consequential loss of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• Technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service interruptions that affect your ability to access or use pak999.
• Decisions made by players during gameplay, including bets placed, hands played, or wagers settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.
• Any taxes or levies applicable to winnings in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for understanding and meeting your own tax obligations.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pak999's liability for death or personal injury caused by pak999's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11Privacy & Data Protection

pak999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering at pak999, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data handling principles at pak999 include:

• Personal data is collected only where necessary for account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, and responsible gaming obligations.
• Your data is never sold to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

12Amendments to These Terms

pak999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will carry a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

If you continue to use pak999 after the stated effective date of any amendment, your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should immediately cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not affect player rights, or updates to reflect changes in payment provider availability — may be made without specific advance notice, though the Last Updated date will always reflect the most recent revision.
